RECESSION MENU CONTINUES
Times are tough. And in the midst of the worst recession most of us have ever
seen, we here at The Jones are doing our part to help you through it.
Without sacrificing the quality you've come to expect from us, we've slashed
some prices. A few of your favorite dishes will now have slightly smaller
portions, but at significantly lower prices. Here are some highlights:
- Ten $5 glasses of wine
- All sandwiches $9
- Ten starters, soups and salads for $8 or less
We also now have an integrated menu system that dynamically updates our
menus, so that whenever we print new menus in the restaurant, the website
automatically reflects the changes. Very cool!

Best Wine Bar/Bistro [click here] Best Drink Menu [click here] - "An evening at The Jones feels like an evening at a friend's house - a friend
who loves to entertain, a friend who owes you a favor or two, a friend who's
definitely trying to impress you. And it works."
The Stranger, 1/18/07 [click for full review] - "The Jones Bistro's slogan is "fine food without fine dining," but the standards
are high enough to fairly claim both. Pastas are cranked, breads are kneaded,
and ice cream is churned fresh in-house. "Homemade" is enough of a watchword
that our server looks perplexed when we inquire where they buy their creamy-
light, violet-hued, huckleberry cheesecake."
